Maartje is responsible for the customer experience of Fastned. Together with her team she is making sure Fastned’s charge and payment systems are running flawless, customer support and customer interactions. Maartje pursued a Master of Strategic Marketing at the University of Maastricht. For 3,5 years she worked at Henkel. Starting out as an account manager, she later became brand manager.
