Launched in 2021, SBC Sustainability 2123 supports ventures in the Prosperity, Production, and Powering sectors. Two startups from the Sustainability program graduated in June 2024, and their reports will be included in our Q3 2024 update.

Initiated in 2021, the SBC Sustainability 2123 accelerator program focused on backing ventures in the Prosperity, Production, and Powering fields. Two years on, under the strategic direction of their founders, these portfolio companies continue to make measurable advancements.
As of August 2023, we have selected 9 additional startups for the Sustainability accelerator, bringing the current total number of ventures in the portfolio to 30. Startupbootcamp onboards 10 new startups to its Sustainability Program
Dear shareholders,
We are happy to announce the teams that will participate in the third cycle of our Sustainability Program. Through the Sustainability Program, Startupbootcamp and its co-investors support startups building Prosperity-, Production-, and Powering- solutions.
The 10 teams were selected during Selection Week, an online event with dozens of companies presenting their unique solutions. The week was packed and the audience got to witness 21+ hours of pitches that were the result of over 10.000 applications for the involved investment portfolios. The teams were then assessed by a tailored panel of investors, industry leaders, mentors and partners of Startupbootcamp.
After concluding the week last Friday, the 10 startups were chosen to join Startupbootcamp’s Sustainability Accelerator & Portfolio. Hereunder an overview of the newly selected startups:
Weer - your global platform for seamless travel, connecting travelers with clothes to rent at their destinations beyond Netherlands through entire Europe.
IN2VIEW - empowering businesses with advanced SaaS insights for revolutionizing the field of user research in Estonia and across Europe.
Ascentys ESG - Switzerland-based startup, transforming sustainability management through automation at its best - simple, fast, accurate, and cost-effective.
Glam You Up - ultimate AI-driven fashion personal stylist, based in the UK, and preventing back and forth shipments in online retail.
Deterdraft - leading the sustainable living revolution in the UK with biodegradable cleaning essentials and personal care products, driving circularity through customer-driven returns.
Farmlifes - empowering small farms and green spaces in Austria with intelligent software and AI guardians for protection and growth.
CoCircles - Sweden-based startup, building social capital for companies post-COVID, fostering employee connections in the new workplace era.
Crick Superfoods - redefining consumption in Ecuador with sustainable, high-protein snacks made from alternative protein powders.
Ekonavi - a gateway to ecological regeneration - mapping, instigating, and verifying a sustainable future in Brazil.
ZEROW - fashion's waste-free frontier - the place where sustainability meets style, based in Italy.
The accelerator program will provide these 10 companies with extensive support in establishing a thriving business, encompassing all aspects, from developing a product to securing funding. During the program the startups are also provided with direct access to mentors who have decades of experience in their industries and a network of potential partners and investors relevant to their specific business case. This program equips startups with the tools necessary to accomplish their objectives, grow, and realize their full potential.
The end of the program is marked by FutrXpo (Demo Day), which will take place on December 7, bringing together 2000+ impact changemakers, investors, mentors, partners and industry leaders. The SBC Sustainability 2123 program started in 2021 and has the purpose of investing in ventures that operate in the impact space. Around a year after it started, we have added 21 companies so far that - under the leadership of their amazing founders - are steadily progressing. In August, we will add the last 10 startups to the portfolio, resulting in a total of 31 participations.

Official Announcement of Startupbootcamp Sustainability Cohort II
Startupbootcamp, one of the world's leading startup accelerators, just announced the 11 teams that will participate in the second cycle of its Sustainability program. Via the Sustainability Program, Startupbootcamp and its co-investors invest in- & support startups building Prosperity-, Production-, and Powering- solutions.
The teams were selected during a 3-Day Final Selection Event that was held online. From thousands of applications, twenty startups were invited to pitch their idea during this event to investors, industry experts and partners of Startupbootcamp. Today, after concluding the third day, Eleven startups were chosen to join the program and investment portfolio. Hereunder an overview of the selected startups:
Rosa.io - A sustainable raw materials sourcing platform.
Euto Energy - A future-proof automation and control solution for smarter and sustainable grid operations.
Aavalor - A water filter that effectively purifies wastewater in an energy and water efficient manner.
Circle Home - A web platform that allows travelers to get in touch to exchange their homes during their vacations.
Hydrogrow - High-tech gardens that allow you to grow fresh and organic food directly from your kitchen.
R3charge - A platform for EV travel.
GreenPanels - Producing clever and modular green roofs.
AirSmat - Helps farmers to achieve maximum crop yields.
Pure Planet Pet - Disrupting the pet food industry to restore our planet's biodiversity.
CurubaTech - Enabling farmers in LatAm to have better yields by digitizing the way farmers work with experts.
Greenbros - Using core ESG reporting metrics to drive awareness and to power better investment decisions
The program will provide guidance on every aspect of efficient business building, from product development to fundraising. During the program the startups are also provided with direct access to mentors who have decades of experience in their industries and a network of potential partners and investors relevant to their specific business case.
The end of the program is marked by Demo Day, a final event where the selected founders pitch and present their startups to an audience consisting of mentors, partners and investors. After completing the accelerator program, alumni become part of a global alumni network where they continue to receive support from- & can connect with experts, investors and partners whilst further scaling their companies.
