Terms & Conditions SBC BOLD Action/ Nxchange

The following conditions are attached to the promotion:

  1. Opening an Account
    1. You must open and validate an account to participate in the promotion and you must place a minimum order of EUR 100. If you do not open and validate an account before the closing date of this promotion, Nxchange will not be able to process your registration and you will not be able to participate in the promotion
  2. Conditions of participation
    1. You have not yet opened an account with Nxchange.
    2. Individuals who open and validate an account under a different name or account type (e.g. open a business account in addition to a personal account) are excluded from the promotion.
    3. All accounts opened and validated after the closing date of the promotion will not receive a depositary receipt (see point 3 on the duration).
    4. If the promotion is closed prematurely, Nxchange will announce this on this page.
    5. Nxchange reserves the right to reject or refuse a customer's registration for and/or trading on the trading platform and/or to purchase the services provided by Nxchange.
    6. Nxchange reserves the right to refuse an account holder to participate in the promotion if Nxchange has determined that, in its opinion, the account holder is not entitled to participate.
  3. Duration
    1. The duration of the promotion is from April 22, 2022 through May 1, 23:59, or while supplies last.
    2. If the depositary receipts made available for this promotion are sold out prematurely, Nxchange reserves the right to end the promotion prematurely.
  4. Allocation of the depository receipt
    1. The depository receipt will be placed in the account of the account holder no later than 30 days after the end of the promotion.
    2. Nxchange reserves the right to extend the aforementioned period of 30 days, for the purpose of allocating, if there are unforeseen circumstances.
    3. The depository receipt can only be placed in an account opened within the action period.
    4. Accounts opened and validated by the customer within the promotion period participate in the promotion, subject to the above relevant articles.
    5. No rights can be derived from the participation in this promotion.
