Notes General Shareholder Meeting - May 2023

General Shareholder Meeting - June 21, 18:00

Dear shareholder,

We hope this email finds you well. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the shareholders who attended the General Shareholder Meeting held on the 25th of May, both in person and online. Your presence and active participation contributed to a fruitful discussion on various important matters concerning our company.

Please find the notes of this meeting in a separately shared message.

During the meeting, we had planned to vote on four topics:
1. Vote on the annual report
2. Discharge of management
3. Abolishment of the quorum of 100%
4. Designation of a representative for the minority shareholders

However, due to the absence of some shareholders, we were unable to achieve the necessary 100% attendance required for official voting on these topics. We understand that conflicts and unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to difficulties in attending the meeting. As a result, we have decided to organise a new General Shareholder Meeting on June 21st at 18 pm, in which we vote on the first three topics:

1. Vote on the annual report
2. Discharge of management
3. Abolishment of the quorum of 100% - view proposal attached

This upcoming meeting will be conducted online to ensure maximum accessibility for all shareholders.
